Prepare Ingredients: Measure up to 10 kg of flour (Atta or Maida) and add it to the mixing bowl. Add water, salt, and any other ingredients as per your recipe.
Power On: Plug in the machine and switch it on.
Start Mixing: Let the machine mix and knead the dough using the 1 HP motor. This will take about 10-15 minutes, depending on the recipe.
Monitor Dough: Check the dough’s consistency. Add more water if the dough is too dry or more flour if it's too sticky.
Turn Off: Once the dough is well-mixed and smooth, turn off the machine.
Remove Dough: Open the bowl and take out the dough, which is now ready for use.
