Setup : Place the fryer on a flat, heat-resistant surface and plug it into a suitable electrical outlet.
Fill with Oil : Add oil to both fryers (one in each compartment) up to the fill line, ensuring it’s the right type of oil for deep frying.
Preheat : Turn the temperature dials to the desired frying temperature (typically 350°F to 375°F). Wait for the fryer to heat up (this may take a few minutes).
Prepare Food : While the oil heats, prepare the food, ensuring it’s dry to avoid excess splattering.
Fry : Lower the food into the fry baskets carefully. You can use one or both compartments for different foods. Fry for the appropriate time.
Drain and Remove : Once cooked, remove the baskets and allow the food to drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Turn Off : After use, turn off the fryer and let it cool before cleaning.
Clean : After the fryer has cooled, dispose of the oil, clean the baskets and the fryer with warm soapy water, and dry thoroughly.
With its dual 5.5-liter compartments, this fryer can cook different types of food simultaneously, making it efficient for busy kitchens.
