The Chaff/Grass Cutter is a mechanical device used for cutting hay into small pieces for feeding livestock. This machine requires a 2 HP motor which is powered using electricity, and consists of 4 rotating + 1 fixed blade which cuts the fed raw material into small uniform pieces.
