Prepare Ingredients : Measure up to 5 kg of flour and add it to the machine's bowl. Add water, salt, and any other ingredients as required.
Power On : Plug the machine in and switch it on.
Start Mixing : Allow the machine to mix the ingredients at a moderate speed until the dough forms. The L-type design helps achieve an even mix.
Monitor Dough : Check the consistency. Add more water or flour if needed for desired dough texture.
Turn Off : Once the dough is mixed and smooth, turn off the machine.
Remove Dough : Open the bowl and take out the dough, ready for use.
