Description
Akemi Stone sil-800 is a penetrating nano-lithium treatment for marble, natural stone, terrazzo, and polished concrete surfaces, designed specifically for surfaces ground and polished to 800 grits. Environmentally friendly treatment minimizes efflorescence, abrasion resistance, and dusting. Its deep-penetrating, non-soluble properties give longer life and better reflection, which helps decrease floor maintenance costs. Used for grinding and polishing marble, natural stone, concrete, or terrazzo surfaces. Akemi stone-sil 800 (IH) is intended to improve the process, making it easier to re-profile while also reducing costly wear and damage to diamond abrasives. When properly placed, Akemi stone-sil 800 (IH) does not leave a white film or residual deposits that are difficult to remove. Simple application involves only one treatment and no brooming or rinsing (as opposed to sodium or potassium chemistry, which requires numerous coatings, brooming, rinsing, and hazardous rinse water disposal).

Applications
:For the treatment of polished absorbent marble and natural stone, such as marble, slate, Solnhofer lime stone, sandstone, granite, gneiss, and concrete ashlar.
Instructions for use :
- Precautions : Use only when temperatures will be higher than 36° F (2°C) for at least 4 hours after application. Clean the surface to remove any debris, laitance, curing agents, or coatings that could hinder Akemi stone-sil 800 (IH) from penetrating it. Avoid using citrus or acidic cleaners. If acid dyes or cleansers were employed, neutralize the surface with Akemi stone cleaner. Do not use high-pressure sprayers. In hot, windy weather, it may be required to spray water on hot concrete to cool it down before application. Akemi stone-sil 800 (IH) does not flash-dry on the surface. If Akemi stone-sil 800 (IH) comes into touch with glass, fabric, metal, or painted surfaces, wipe them down with a moist cloth right away, then dry them with another clean cloth.
- Akemi stone-sil 800 (iii) can be applied immediately after the 800 grit polish is completed. For smaller operations, use a pump-up sprayer to evenly apply Akemi stone-sil 800 (IH). Spread out any pools using a soft bristle broom or a flat microfiber cloth. Keep the area wet for at least 20 minutes, and add extra material as needed. Do not allow any areas to dry out during this period. Add additional Akemi stone-sil 800 (IH) as needed to keep the surface consistently wet. After the material has penetrated and is no longer wet on the surface, grind and polish to get the required final surface profile and finish. If you use a wet polishing procedure, use an auto scrubber and water to remove any residual slurry between abrasive disc grits.
