Usage
:- Prepare the Equipment and Workspace : Ensure that the sealing machine is placed on a stable, flat surface. Check that all components are clean and in good working condition.
- Set Up the Machine : Adjust the machine’s height if necessary to accommodate the size of the containers you will be sealing. Ensure that the sealing head is aligned properly with the cap and container.
- Place the Container : Position your filled container under the sealing head. Make sure it is centered to ensure an even seal.
- Position the Cap : Take a metal lug cap and place it on top of the container, ensuring it sits evenly on the rim.
- Operate the Sealing Machine : Pull down on the handle of the manual lug cap sealing machine. This action will press down on the cap, crimping it onto the container securely. Apply consistent pressure until you feel resistance, indicating that a proper seal has been made.
- Inspect the Seal : After releasing the handle, check to ensure that the cap is securely sealed.

- Inspect for Damage : Check for any damaged or worn parts and replace them immediately to prevent further issues.
