Setup : Place the fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Ensure proper ventilation and check gas connections.
Fill with Oil : Open the fryer and fill the oil tank with up to 8 liters of oil, not exceeding the maximum level.
Ignite the Gas : Turn on the gas supply and use the ignition system to light the burner (follow manufacturer’s instructions for safety).
Set Temperature : Adjust the thermostat to the desired temperature (usually between 160°C–200°C) for frying.
Preheat : Wait for the oil to reach the set temperature (use the thermometer or indicator light to confirm).
Fry : Carefully lower your food into the basket and immerse it in the hot oil. Avoid overcrowding for even cooking.
Monitor Cooking : Once the food is golden and crispy, remove the basket and let excess oil drain.
Turn Off and Clean : After use, turn off the gas supply and allow the fryer to cool before cleaning the oil tank and basket.
