Prepare Kulfi Mix: Prepare your kulfi mixture (milk, sugar, flavorings) and ensure it’s chilled.
Fill Moulds: Pour the prepared kulfi mix into the two moulds of the machine.
Insert Sticks: Place the sticks into the moulds.
Freeze: Close the machine, and place it in a freezer or use the machine's cooling system to freeze the mixture.
Unmould: Once frozen (usually 6-8 hours), remove the kulfi by gently pulling or running warm water over the outside of the moulds.
Serve: Your kulfi is ready to serve!
