Usage
:
1. Prepare Ingredients : Soak your grains or lentils for a few hours (usually 4-8 hours) before grinding. Ingredients like rice and urad dal for dosa batter should be soaked together.
2. Setup the Wet Grinder : Place the Grinder on a stable surface, ensure your table top wet grinder is on a flat, stable surface to prevent vibrations during operation.
3. Add the Ingredients : Place the soaked and drained ingredients into the grinding drum. If the recipe calls for water, add it progressively during grinding until you reach the desired consistency.
4. Start the Grinding Process : Plug in the grinder and turn it on. Make sure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions regarding power settings.
5. Check Consistency : Periodically stop the grinder and check the consistency of the batter. Scrape down the sides with a spatula to incorporate all ingredients, if necessary.
6. Finish Grinding : The grinding process can take different time for different materials, depending on the quantity and type of ingredients. As the grinding progresses, you will notice a change in sound and texture, indicating that the ingredients are being processed well.
