Usage
:
Set Up : Connect the gas supply securely to the Bhatti and check for any gas leaks.
Ignite the Burner : Turn on the gas and ignite the burner. Adjust the flame for the desired heat.
Preheat the Tawa : Allow the large tawa (cooking surface) to heat for a few minutes.
Roll the Dough : Roll the dough into small balls (approximately the size of a golf ball). Place each dough ball onto the rolling board and flatten it slightly with a rolling pin. Place the roti onto the hot tawa and flip it with a spatula and cook.
Cook the Chapati : Cook each chapati for about 30-45 seconds on one side, then flip it and cook the other side for another 20-30 seconds.
Puff the Chapati : Press gently with a puffer plate to help the chapati puff up.
Remove and Serve : Once fully cooked and puffed up, remove the chapati and serve immediately.
Ensure the equipment is cleaned after each use for optimal performance.
