Usage
:Step 1: Preparation
- Choose Your Seeds : Select the seeds or nuts you wish to extract oil from. Common choices include sesame, sunflower, and groundnut.
- Clean the Seeds : Ensure that the seeds are clean and free from impurities. Remove any dirt, stones, or foreign materials.
Step 2: Adjusting Settings
- Feed Adjustment : Depending on the seed size and type, adjust the feed rate to ensure a smooth extraction process.
Step 3: Oil Extraction
- Loading the Seeds : Place the cleaned seeds into the hopper at the top of the machine. Be cautious not to overload it, as this can hinder performance.
- Starting the Machine : Switch on the motor and let the machine begin the extraction process. The seeds will be crushed and oil will start flowing out.
- Monitoring the Process : Keep an eye on the extraction process. Ensure the oil is being expelled correctly and check for any unusual noises or issues.
Step 4: Collecting Oil
