Description
This I-Bar sealer is used specifically to wrap products and shrink film. Shrink wrapping aids in object and tamper-proofing your goods. The center fold shrink film (PVC or Polyolefin) roll just has to be placed on the film roller and opened using the film separator. After that, modify the temperature to match the film. Pull the lever while putting the package in the film pocket. The packet will be cut and sealed automatically by the machine. Seal the opposite end as well after turning the packet. The product film will now shrink with the aid of a heat gun, concluding the packing procedure.

Usage
:1. Setup the Machine :
- Place the I-Bar sealer on a stable, flat surface.
- Ensure it is plugged into an appropriate power outlet.
2. Prepare the Material :
- Pull the plastic film to the desired size, ensuring it is slightly larger than the item you wish to seal.
- Place the item inside the bag.
3. Adjust Temperature Settings :
- Adjust the temperature dial according to the thickness of the material being sealed.
4. Positioning :
- Lay the open end of the bag across the sealing bar.
- Make sure there are no wrinkles or folds in the area where sealing will occur.
5. Seal Process :
- Close the sealing arm firmly down onto the bag.
- Hold it in place for a few seconds.
- This will cut the plastic film tightly.
6. Heat Gun :
- After Sealing apply the heat gun to shrink the plastic around the package.
7. Turn Off and Store :
- Once finished, turn off and unplug your I-Bar sealer.
- Store it safely away from moisture and dust.
