Usage
:1. Setup :
- Connect to Power and Air Supply : Ensure the machine is plugged into a power source and connected to a compressed air supply for pneumatic operation.
- Install the Sealing Bar : Place the plastic bags or pouches between the sealing jaws.
2. Adjust Settings :
- Set Sealing Time and Temperature : Adjust the sealing time and temperature on the control panel based on the material you are sealing.
- Adjust Air Pressure : Set the correct air pressure to ensure proper pneumatic operation.
3. Load Bags :
- Place the open end of the bag between the sealing jaws. Ensure it is aligned properly for a straight seal.
4. Seal the Bags :
- Activate the Pneumatic Mechanism : Press the pedal to activate the sealing cycle. The machine will automatically apply heat and pressure to seal the bag.
- The impulse sealing process will create a strong, reliable seal without requiring preheating.
5. Collect Sealed Bags :
- Once the sealing cycle is complete, remove the sealed bags and continue loading new ones.
Maintenance :
- Clean Sealing Area : Wipe down the sealing bars and surrounding areas to remove any debris or product residue.
- Check Sealing Jaws : Inspect the sealing jaws for any signs of wear or residue buildup, and clean them with a soft cloth.
