Usage
:1. Setup :
- Position the Box : Place the carton box on the machine platform, aligning it with the tape-sealing mechanism.
- Adjust Tape Roll : Install the tape roll onto the machine’s tape holder, ensuring the tape is properly threaded through the dispenser for smooth operation.
- Set Sealing Width : Adjust the machine’s tape-sealing width based on the size of the carton box and the tape you are using.
2. Operating the Machine :
- Power On : Turn on the machine and ensure the conveyor belt (if present) is operating correctly to move the box.
- Place the Box Under the Tape Head : Position the carton under the taping mechanism, ensuring the machine’s tape applicator aligns with the area where the tape should be applied.
- Activate the Taping Process : Activate the machine by pressing the start button, depending on the model. The machine will automatically apply the tape to the box.
3. Monitor the Process :
- Check Tape Application : Ensure the tape is being applied evenly and correctly to the carton box.
- Adjust Settings if Needed : Adjust sealing height and width by hand according to the size of carton.
4. End of Sealing :
