This nitrogen flushing mechanism helps the food stay fresh for a longer time. Usage
:- Preparation of Equipment : Ensure that the Vertical Band Sealer is properly set up and connected to a nitrogen gas supply. Check all connections for leaks.
- Adjusting Settings : Set the temperature and sealing time on the control panel according to the material being sealed.
- Nitrogen Flush Setup : Connect the nitrogen flush system to the sealer. This typically involves attaching a nitrogen gas line to the designated inlet on the sealer. Adjust the nitrogen flow rate as recommended.
- Loading Packages : Place your product in the packaging material and position it correctly at the entrance of the sealer. Ensure that there are no obstructions and that the film is aligned properly for an effective seal.
- Initiating Sealing Process : Start the sealing process by activating the machine. The vertical band sealer will pull the package through, applying heat and pressure while simultaneously flushing with nitrogen.
