Description
This 16L Bain Marie is used to keep food warm over longer periods of time, with a SS 304 water tank and water drainage system. The water tank is made in heavy gauge stainless steel 304 grade. Auto on-off function. Body insulated with high-temperature ceramic wool. All internal wires are high in temperature glass fibre.
