Setup : Place the fryer on a flat, heat-resistant surface and plug it into a suitable electrical outlet.
Add Oil : Fill the fryer with cooking oil (up to 5 litres), using oil suitable for deep frying.
Preheat : Set the temperature using the analog control dial to your desired frying temperature (typically 350°F to 375°F). Wait for the fryer to heat up.
Prepare Food : While the oil is heating, prepare the food, ensuring it’s dry to prevent splattering.
Fry : Lower the food into the fryer basket carefully and immerse it in the hot oil. Fry for the appropriate time based on the food type.
Remove & Drain : Once the food is cooked, carefully remove the basket and let it drain on paper towels.
Turn Off : After use, turn off the fryer and allow it to cool before cleaning.
Clean : After cooling, drain the oil, clean the fryer with warm soapy water, and dry it thoroughly.
Its 5L capacity, easy-to-use analog controls, and 1800W power make it versatile for various frying needs.
