Step 1 : Setup and Assembly
Find a Suitable Location : Place the machine on a flat, stable surface away from other appliances. Ensure there is adequate ventilation and access to an electrical outlet.
Assemble the Parts : Follow the manufacturer’s instructions to attach components properly. Ensure the grinding chamber is securely mounted.
Step 2 : Preparing the Grains
Select Your Grains : Choose the grains you want to grind. The Annapurna Flour Mill can process various grains, such as wheat, rice, corn, and pulses.
Measure the Quantity : Decide how much grain you wish to grind. It’s advisable to start with smaller quantities, especially if you are new to using the machine.
Clean the Grains : Rinse the grains under cool water to remove any dirt or impurities. Allow them to dry fully before proceeding.
Step 3 : Operation
Power On the Machine : Plug the machine into the electrical outlet and turn it on using the power switch.
Add the Grains : Carefully pour the cleaned grains into the hopper. Make sure not to overfill, as this might affect the grinding process.
Start Grinding : Begin the grinding process by pressing the corresponding button or switch on the control panel. Monitor the grinding; the machine may make varying sounds as it processes the grains.
Step 4 : Collecting the Flour
Complete the Grinding : After the grinding part is complete, turn off the machine.
Remove the Flour : Carefully detach the collection container from the base, ensuring no flour spills.
Check the Texture : Open the grinding chamber and assess the flour's consistency. If it's not fine enough, you can put the flour back for a second grind.
Step 5 : Maintenance and Cleaning
Never Skip Cleaning : After each use, always clean the grinding chamber and the hopper to prevent residue buildup.
Wipe Down : Use a dry cloth to wipe the exterior. Avoid using water on electrical components.
Store Correctly : When not in use, unplug the machine and store it in a cool, dry place.
