The Annapurna Suction Type flour mill also known as an atta chakki is used to grind grains into flour. This flour mill operates by creating a vacuum which draws the grains inside the grinding chamber where the crushing/grinding process takes place. The suction mechanism kind of automates the process of feeding grains as it collects the grains using the vacuum which is created using the suction part of the machine which helps to draw the grains without the requirement of any labor and ensures a constant flow of grains and prevent clogging during the grinding process. The freshly milled flour from this machine retains all the essential nutrients which makes this beneficial for human health and helps in avoiding the unwanted hazards of consuming adulterated alternatives.
