Description
The Automatic Wooden Cold Press Oil Machine as the name suggests, is an integral part of the cold oil pressing process, responsible for efficiently extracting oils from various seeds and nuts. This machine operates on the principle of mechanical pressure, avoiding the use of heat or chemicals, which can compromise the quality of the oil. Oils that are extracted this way keep their original flavor, aroma, and nutrients intact. The process of cold pressing preserves the oil's nutrients, antioxidants and enzymes, which is why it's often seen as a more "natural" option. Cold press oil also has numerous health benefits as it helps to prevent the risk of heart disease and eliminate other health problems, improves blood circulation and helps to provide healthy skin and prevent it from wrinkles and premature ageing.

Usage
:
1. Preparation of Nuts or Seeds :
Before using the wooden oil press machine, it is essential to prepare the raw materials :
Select Quality Nuts/Seeds : Choose high-quality nuts or seeds such as sesame, groundnut, or coconut. Ensure they are fresh and free from mold or damage.
Cleaning : Thoroughly clean the nuts or seeds to remove any dirt, dust, or foreign particles. This can be done by rinsing them with water and allowing them to dry completely.
2. Setting Up the Machine :
Once your nuts or seeds are prepared, you need to set up the wooden oil press machine :
Placement : Position the machine on a stable surface where it can be securely operated. Ensure there is enough space around it for safety and ease of use.
Assembly : For assembling the machine, follow the manufacturer’s instructions carefully to put all parts together correctly.
3. Loading the Pressing Chamber :
Now that your machine is ready :
Fill the Chamber : Place an appropriate amount of cleaned nuts or seeds into the grinding area. Avoid overloading the grinding area as it may affect the grinding process.
4. Operating the Machine :
With everything in place, you can start extracting oil :
Extraction Process : Turn on the machine and with the help of wooden plunger begin applying pressure on the nuts or seeds in the chamber.
Monitor Extraction : As you begin to apply pressure, observe how oil begins to flow out of the spout attached to the machine. Continue applying steady pressure until no more oil is left to be extracted.
5. Collecting Oil :
After extraction :
Oil Collection : Place a container under the spout to collect the freshly extracted oil. Make sure it is clean and suitable for storing edible oils.
6. Post-Extraction Process :
Once you have finished extracting oil :
Clean Up : After use, clean all parts of the machine thoroughly with warm water and mild soap if necessary. This prevents residue buildup and maintains hygiene for future use.
Storage of Oil : Store your freshly pressed oil in dark glass bottles in a cool place away from direct sunlight to preserve its quality and nutritional value.
Maintenance :
Daily Cleaning : After each use, clean the machine thoroughly to remove any residual oil, seeds, or nuts. This prevents buildup that can affect performance.
Visual Inspections : Regularly check all components for signs of wear or damage. Look for cracks in wooden parts, rust on metal components, and any signs of leakage.
Lubricate Moving Parts : Apply appropriate lubricants to moving parts as specified by the manufacturer. This reduces friction and wear, enhancing the machine’s efficiency.
Use Genuine Parts : Always use original or manufacturer-recommended replacement parts to ensure compatibility and maintain performance standards.
Scheduled Maintenance Checks : Adhere to any recommended maintenance schedules outlined in the manual for optimal performance.
