This continuous band sealer can seal high graded pouches continuously. This continuous band sealer machine is very easy to operate and also suitable for sealing small packages in foodstuffs, merchandise, medicine, spices, seeds, and chemical industries. All the operator needs to do is fill the bags and place them in the machine, attach the plastic pouch or bag sealing part into the machine sealing area, and then the motorized conveyor belt moves forward and the packets or pouches get sealed properly. This machine is used for sealing packages, foods, groceries, seed processing units, pharmaceuticals, chemical industries, dairy, cosmetic, and chemical industries, and it is very simple to use.

Be aware of fraudulent Polypropylene Pouches found in regular markets for vacuum sealing or heat sealing as usage of duplicate Pouches may hamper your machines sealing area, performance and also your customer satisfaction in the market.
Usage
:- Preparation Before Use : Place the band sealer on a stable, flat surface. Ensure it is assembled correctly and securely.
- Power Connection : Connect the band sealer to an appropriate power source. Locate the power switch and turn it on. You should see indicator lights showing that the machine is powered up.
- Adjusting Settings : Set the settings according to your need.
- Loading Bags : Ensure that bags are clean, dry, and free from any foreign materials at the sealing edge.
- Sealing Process : Once everything is set up and bags are positioned correctly, press the start button or switch to begin operation.
- Post-Sealing Checks : After sealing, check each bag for proper seals. Once sealed, collect bags from the output side of the conveyor belt.
Maintenance :
- Clean Regularly : After use, clean any residue from around the sealing area and conveyor belt to prevent contamination.
- Turn Off Power : Always turn off and unplug the machine after use to ensure safety.
