Usage
:- Preparation : Ensure the machine is clean and set up in a suitable environment. Gather Size 0 capsules and blister packaging materials.
- Loading Capsules : Open the machine’s feeding area and load the Size 0 capsules into the designated hopper or tray.
- Pre Sealing Procedure : Heat the machine about 20-25 min. at 100oC temp. before seating the desired temperature.
- Setting Parameters : After that adjust the machine temperature settings for sealing.
- Feeding Blister Material : Place the blister film including capsules into the machine, ensuring it is aligned correctly with the feeding mechanism, then put the aluminum foil above the blister film and align it correctly.
- Sealing Process : Press down the lever to start the sealing process, press it about 5 to 10 sec to seal it properly.
- Quality Check : Inspect a sample of packaged capsules for proper sealing and integrity before proceeding with larger batches.
- Shutdown : After completing production, turn off the machine and perform necessary cleaning as per maintenance guidelines.

- Daily Cleaning : Clean the machine surfaces and components to prevent contamination. Use a soft cloth and appropriate cleaning agents.
- Lubrication : Check and lubricate moving parts as per the manufacturer’s guidelines to ensure smooth operation.
