Prepare Ingredients: Pour curd into the machine’s container (up to the recommended capacity).
Secure the Lid: Close the lid tightly to prevent spills during operation.
Turn On the Motor: Switch on the 0.5 HP motor. The machine will begin churning the curd.
Monitor the Process: Allow the machine to churn the curd into buttermilk. The butter will separate as the churning process continues.
Stop & Collect: Once the buttermilk is ready, turn off the machine. Collect the buttermilk and butter from the output.
Clean After Use: After churning, turn off the machine and clean the removable parts (stainless steel components) for hygiene.
