Usage
:
Set Up : Connect the gas supply to the Bhatti and check for any leaks.
Ignite the Burner : Turn on the gas and light the burner, adjusting the flame to medium heat.
Preheat the Tawa : Allow the tawa to heat for a few minutes.
Prepare Dough : Roll the dough into small balls (about the size of a golf ball). Make flattered with a rolling pin as per the requirement.
Place the Roti on the Tawa : Place each flat roti on the hot tawa and cook it slightly with a Spatula.
Cook the Chapati : Cook each chapati for 30-45 seconds on one side, then flip and cook the other side for another 20-30 seconds.
Remove and Serve : Once fully cooked and puffed up, remove the chapati and serve immediately.
Clean the tawa and Bhatti after use for optimal performance.
