Chicken feather cleaning Machine is used for chicken skin removal. Fit for chicken food processing plant or factory, or used for hotel and restaurant, very advanced skill to remove skin and durable and high output. First we should put the chicken into hot water (65degree) for about 3-5 minutes, then put it in the machine for processing, skin and nail can be removed completely and cleaned, very convenient to operate, tap water connected to the machine tap which used on washing out the peeled skin.

Set the de-feathering machine on a stable surface. Take the freshly processed chickens (scalded properly at the appropriate temperature for feather removal).
Step 2 : Power On and Adjust Settings
Turn on the machine and adjust settings. Start with lower speeds to assess the performance before increasing the speed as needed.
Step 3 : Load the Chickens
Place the scalded chickens into the machine carefully, ensuring they are loaded in a way that allows for even distribution.
