Description
The Cold Press Low RPM 18 inch (450 mm) Flour Mill as the name suggests, this machine is designed to carry out the milling process of grains and provide high quality nutritious flour without overheating during the grinding process. This Flour Mill utilizes natural stone and operates at a significantly lower RPM (Revolutions Per Minute) compared to traditional flour mills. The reduced RPM helps preserve the essential proteins and vitamins present in whole wheat, which can be lost due to high speed grinding in other conventional flour mills. The slow grinding process ensures that the output remains cool, maintaining the nutritional content of the flour. This machine is equipped with 3 HP motor, with a grinding stone diameter of 18 inches (450 mm) and a production capacity of 20 kilos per hour.
Features
:
Advanced Grinding Technology : The commercial stone type atta chakki utilizes high-quality emery stones for grinding. This technology in particular, enhances the grinding process by providing a finer and more consistent flour texture while ensuring the longevity of the grinding stones.
Low RPM Grinding : The low RPM grinding helps in retaining essential nutrients and flavor in the flour making it high in nutritional content and suitable for consumption.
Cost-Effective Operation : The combination of low maintenance costs and high efficiency makes these machines cost-effective for businesses. Their durable construction also means they have a longer lifespan, providing excellent value over time.
