Setup : Place the fryer on a flat, heat-resistant surface and plug it into a suitable electrical outlet.
Add Oil : Fill both pans with oil up to the designated fill line (8 litres each), using oil suitable for deep frying.
Preheat : Set the temperature for each pan using the temperature control dials. Wait for the oil to heat up (typically between 350°F and 375°F).
Prepare Food : While the oil heats, prepare your food, ensuring it is dry to prevent splattering.
Fry : Carefully lower the food into the fry baskets and immerse them into the hot oil. You can fry different foods in each pan simultaneously.
Remove & Drain : Once the food is cooked, remove the baskets and allow the food to drain on paper towels.
Turn Off : After use, turn off the fryer and let it cool down.
Clean : Once cooled, drain the oil, clean the fryer and baskets with warm soapy water, and dry thoroughly.
Its dual 8L capacity and high power make it ideal for busy kitchens needing to fry multiple items simultaneously.
