Description
The Commercial 14-inch (350 mm) Stone Type Vertical Flour Mill/Atta Chakki is used for grinding grains into flour. It functions vertically, which means that the stones used to grind the grains are positioned vertically, allowing for a more efficient and consistent grinding operation. The mill's vertical orientation allows gravity to help move grains down through the milling chamber, resulting in a more uniform grind. This machine is powered by a 3 HP copper winded motor and has a 14 inch grinding stone. This machine has a grinding capability of 30-35 kg/hr. This flour mill is commonly used by small enterprises and households.
Features
:
Cost-Effective Operation : The operational costs associated with commercial stone type atta chakki machines are generally low due to their durability and efficiency.

Low Maintenance Requirements : One of the standout features of the commercial atta chakki machine is it's low maintenance needs compared to traditional flour mills.
Flour Production : The primary application of commercial atta chakki is in the production of whole wheat flour, which is essential for various culinary needs including bread and chapatti preparation.
Nutritional Retention : Unlike mass-produced flour, the atta chakki preserves the natural nutrients of grains, providing a healthier product that retains vitamins, minerals, and fibers.
Consistency in Quality : The ability to grind grains on-site ensures that the flour is fresh and consistent in quality, which is paramount for businesses that rely on specific flour characteristics for their recipes.
Suitable For Commercial Usage : The stone type flour mill/atta chakki has high production capacity making it suitable for commercial grain grinding needs.
Usage
:
Step 1 : Set Up the Atta Chakki
Location : Place the stone atta chakki in a stable, dry area, preferably away from moisture. The best environment is well-ventilated and clean.
Inlet Adjustment : Adjust the inlet for the grains to fall into the grinding compartment. Ensure it connects correctly and securely to avoid any spillage.
Step 2 : Select Your Grain
Choose the type of grain you want to grind. Common choices include whole wheat, rye, corn, or any other grain of your preference. Ensure the grains are clean and free from impurities.
Step 3 : Load the Grain
Open the inlet and begin pouring in the desired amount of grain. Do not overload the machine, begin with pouring grains into the hopper.
Step 4 : Adjust the Grinding Settings
The Commercial Stone Atta Chakki has a pressure controller which manipulates the space between the two grinding stones, which comes in handy for changing the coarseness of the flour as per the user's requirement.
Step 5 : Start the Grinding Process
Switch on the atta chakki in order to start the grinding process.
Keep an eye on the process; you may need to adjust the grain flow or the grind settings based on the result you observe.
Step 6 : Collect the Flour
As the grinding process completes, fresh flour will begin to appear from the outlet of the chakki. Collect the flour in a clean, dry container.
Step 7 : Clean and Maintain the Chakki
