Usage
:
Prepare Milk : Heat the milk to the required temperature (usually around 80-85°C).
Add Starter Culture : Mix a small amount of curd (starter culture) into the cooled milk (around 40-45°C) for fermentation.
Fill the Percolator : Pour the milk into the 80L Madhani Curd Percolator.
Start the Stirrer : Turn on the built-in stirrer to ensure even mixing and prevent curd from sticking to the sides of the container.
Allow Fermentation : Let the milk ferment for 6-12 hours, depending on the desired consistency and temperature.
Check the Curd : Once the curd has set, the stirrer can be turned off. The curd is now ready for packaging or serving.
