Set Up : Place the fryer on a flat, heat-resistant surface. Ensure it’s plugged into a suitable electrical outlet.
Fill with Oil : Add cooking oil to both baskets up to the designated fill line. Use oil suitable for deep frying.
Preheat : Turn the temperature dial to your desired frying temperature (typically between 350°F and 375°F). Wait for the fryer to preheat, which can take a few minutes.
Prepare Food : While the oil heats, prepare the food you want to fry, ensuring it is dry to avoid splattering.
Fry : Lower the food into the fryer baskets carefully. You can use one or both baskets. Fry for the recommended time depending on the food being prepared.
Remove and Drain : Once the food is cooked, remove the basket(s) carefully and let the food drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Turn Off : After use, turn off the fryer and allow it to cool before cleaning.
Cleaning : After the fryer has cooled, dispose of the oil, clean the baskets and the fryer with warm soapy water, and dry thoroughly.
It is ideal for high-output, professional kitchens due to its dual 5L capacity, allowing for simultaneous frying of different items.
