Short Description
Double Chamber Pulverizer Machine/Masala Grinder
7.5 HP Motor Power 70-80 kg Capacity
Country of origin: India
Description
The Double Chamber Flour Mill/Pulverizer as the name suggests is a 2 in 1 machine with the functionality of flour mill and pulverizer into a single machine. This machine has two different chambers for the grinding and crushing process. The first chamber is used for coarse grinding while the second chamber is used for fine powdering, which allows for more efficient and uniform grinding of various materials. This double chamber pulverizer features a 7.5 HP motor and is made up using mild steel material with a production capacity of 70-80 kilograms per hour making it a perfect fit for commercial usage.
Features
:
High Efficiency : This Flour mill/pulverizer is designed to grind grains into flour with minimal energy consumption, maximizing output while reducing operational costs.
Versatile Grinding Options : This machine can handle a variety of grains and seeds, including wheat, rice, corn, and spices, allowing for diverse applications in food processing.
Compact Design : The Flour mill/pulverizer is designed to be space-saving, making them suitable for small-scale operations or home use without compromising on performance.

Usage
:
1. Preparation Before Use :
Check the Equipment : Before starting, inspect the pulverizer for any visible damage or wear, particularly in the grinding parts such as the beater and screens.
Clean the Machine : Ensure that all previous materials have been removed from the machine. This can be done by brushing out any residual particles from the grinding chamber.
2. Setting Up for Grinding :
Adjust Feeding Mechanism : The flow of material from the feeding hopper should be regulated using a vertical adjustable slide. This adjustment should correspond to the load indicated by an ammeter, which helps in maintaining optimal performance during operation.
Select Appropriate Screen Size : Depending on the desired fineness of the output product, choose an appropriate screen size for your application.
3. Feeding Material :
Load Material into Hopper : Pour the grains into the feeding hopper of the pulverizer.
Start Feeding Process : Begin feeding material into the pulverizer while monitoring its performance.
4. Operating the Pulverizer :
Start Machine : Turn on the pulverizer. The rotor and beater will rotate at speeds between 4500 to 6000 RPM.
Observe Crushing Process : In this first chamber, four beaters rotate in an anti-clockwise direction, cutting through materials caught between them and “V” shaped teeth liners with a scissors action.
Transition to Fine Grinding Chamber : After initial crushing, materials will pass into a second fine powdering chamber where they undergo further grinding until they reach desired fineness.
5. Collecting Output :
Monitor Output Consistency : Check for uniformity in particle size as it exits through delivery troughs attached at the bottom of outlet chambers.
Stop Machine When Finished : Once sufficient material has been processed, turn off the machine.
Maintenance :
Regular Cleaning : Clean the pulverizer regularly to prevent build-up and contamination. Establish a cleaning schedule that works best for your operation and the materials you are processing.
Wear Parts : Keep a stock of essential wear parts to minimize downtime during repairs.
Establishing a detailed maintenance schedule : This schedule should outline all regular inspections, lubrication tasks, and component replacement intervals.
Applications
:
Hotels and Restaurants : In the hospitality industry, double stage pulverizers are utilized for grinding spices and other food ingredients. This ensures consistent quality and fine texture in culinary preparations, which is crucial for maintaining flavor profiles in dishes.
Catering Services : Catering businesses benefit from the high-capacity grinding capabilities of double stage pulverizers, allowing them to process bulk ingredients efficiently. This is essential for large-scale food preparation, ensuring that meals can be prepared quickly without compromising on quality.
Masala Industries : The masala industry relies heavily on double stage pulverizers for producing various spice powders. The machine’s ability to handle high volumes while providing precise particle size reduction meets the high-demand requirements of this sector.
