Check the Seal : After capping, inspect each bottle to ensure that the cap is securely attached and there are no gaps between the cap and bottle neck.
Maintenance :
Regular Cleaning : Ensure the machine is cleaned regularly to prevent buildup of debris and residue. Use a soft cloth and appropriate cleaning agents that do not damage the machine’s components.
Inspection of Components : Regularly inspect all components, including the capping head, handles, and any springs or levers for wear and tear. Replace any damaged parts immediately to maintain efficiency.
Storage Conditions : Store the machine in a dry environment when not in use to prevent rust and corrosion on metal parts.
Applications
:
Beer Bottles : The most common application, where the machine securely seals beer bottles to maintain carbonation and freshness.
Flavored Milk Bottles : Used to cap flavored milk products, ensuring they remain sealed and safe for consumption.
Soft Drink Bottles : Ideal for carbonated soft drinks, the machine helps preserve the fizz and flavor by providing an airtight seal.
Cold Drink Bottles : Similar to soft drinks, this application ensures that cold beverages are properly sealed to prevent spillage and contamination.
