Setup : Place the fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface with proper ventilation.
Fill with Oil : Open the fryer and fill the oil tank with up to 4L of oil, ensuring it doesn’t exceed the maximum level.
Power On : Plug the fryer into a power outlet and turn it on.
Set Temperature : Adjust the temperature control dial to your desired level (typically 160°C–200°C).
Preheat : Allow the fryer to heat up to the selected temperature (indicator light will turn off when ready).
Fry : Carefully lower your food into the basket and submerge it in the hot oil. Avoid overcrowding.
Monitor Cooking : Once the food is golden and crispy, remove the basket and let excess oil drain.
Turn Off and Clean : After cooking, turn off and unplug the fryer. Let it cool down before cleaning the oil tank and basket.
