Set Up : Place the crepe maker on a flat, stable surface like a countertop.
Preheat : Plug in the machine and turn on the power. Set the temperature to your desired level using the temperature control knob. Allow the plate to preheat for a few minutes.
Prepare the Batter : While the machine heats up, prepare your crepe batter according to your recipe.
Apply Oil or Butter : Once the plate is hot, lightly grease it with oil or butter using a brush or paper towel to prevent sticking.
Pour the Batter : Pour a small amount of batter onto the centre of the cooking plate.
Spread the Batter : Use a crepe spreader or spatula to quickly spread the batter in a thin, even layer across the plate.
Cook : Let the crepe cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift up and the bottom is golden brown.
Flip : Use a spatula to flip the crepe, cooking for another 30 seconds to 1 minute on the other side.
Serve : Remove the crepe from the plate and serve with your choice of fillings or toppings.
Turn Off and Clean : After use, turn off the machine and allow it to cool before cleaning. Use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe the cooking surface.
