Description
Groundnut Shelling Machine is made of high-quality steel and the shelling chamber is made of mild steel. This groundnut or peanut shelling machine has compact structure, easy operation and reliable performance. It is used to shell peanut; can separate shells and kernels with high-efficiency and almost without damage to the kernel; and the shelling rate can be more than 95%, the breaking rate is less than 5%. While peanut kernels are used for food or the raw material for the oil mill, the shell could be used to make wood pellets or charcoal briquettes for fuel.

Usage
:
1. Set Up the Machine :
Place the shelling machine on a stable surface to ensure safe operation.
Plug in the machine to a suitable electrical outlet.
2. Load the Peanuts :
Carefully pour the peanuts into the hopper. Make sure not to overload the machine, as this can lead to blockages or mechanical issues.
3. Start the Machine :
Turn on the machine and monitor the initial operation to ensure everything is functioning correctly.
Allow the machine to process the peanuts, continuously checking for any signs of jams or issues.
4. Collect the Shelled Peanuts and Debris :
As the shelling process continues, collect the shelled peanuts in the designated container.
Watch for empty shells and other debris, separating them into the other container for disposal.
5. Regularly Check for Jams :
Periodically stop the machine to check for any clogs or jams, especially if the machine seems to slow down.
Follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for safely clearing any blockages.
6. Cleaning and Maintenance :
After finishing, clean the machine thoroughly, removing any residual peanuts and shells.
Perform any necessary maintenance and inspections, storing the machine in a dry place for the next use.
Applications
:
Peanut Processing : Peanut shelling machines are essential in the initial stages of peanut processing. They allow for the rapid removal of shells, which is necessary before further processing steps such as drying, roasting, or grinding into products like peanut butter and oil.
Food Production : The shelled peanuts produced by these machines are used in a wide range of food products, including snacks, confectioneries, baked goods, and culinary dishes. The precise removal of shells ensures that the kernels are clean and intact, making them suitable for direct consumption or as ingredients in various recipes.
Agricultural By-products : The shells removed during the shelling process do not go to waste; they can be repurposed as animal feed, biomass fuel, or organic compost. This utilization adds value to what would otherwise be considered waste material, contributing to sustainable agricultural practices.
