Usage
:
1. Prepare the Seeds or Nuts :
Roasting : Some nuts and seeds, like peanuts, benefit from light roasting to enhance flavor and oil yield. Ensure they are cooled down before pressing.
Cleaning : Remove any dirt, debris, or shells from the seeds or nuts to avoid contamination.
2. Set Up the Manual Oil Press Machine :
Place the oil press machine on a stable, flat surface to prevent it from moving while in use.
Attach any necessary components as per the manufacturer's instructions. Ensure that all parts are clean and dry.
3. Loading the Seeds or Nuts :
Gradually pour the prepared seeds or nuts into the feeding chamber of the machine. Avoid overloading to ensure smooth operation.
If necessary, use a spatula or spoon to help guide the seeds into the press chamber.
4. Start Pressing :
Begin turning the handle of the manual oil press machine slowly and steadily.
As you turn the handle, the seeds will be crushed, and oil will begin to flow out. This process may require some effort, but it allows for better control and extraction.
Keep an eye on the flow of oil, adjusting the pressure as needed. If the oil is not flowing well, you may need to loosen the seeds or nuts.
5. Collect the Oil :
Position your clean container beneath the outlet to catch the extracted oil.
Continue turning the handle until you no longer see oil flowing. This indicates that most of the oil has been extracted.
6. Remove the Press Cake :
Once you’ve collected the oil, turn off the machine and carefully remove the press cake from the outlet.
The press cake can be used in cooking, baking, or even as animal feed, depending on the type of seeds or nuts used.
7. Clean the Machine :
After use, disassemble the machine as per the manufacturer’s instructions and clean all components thoroughly.
Use warm soapy water and a soft brush to remove any residue. Dry all parts completely before reassembling to prevent rusting.
