Usage
:- Prepare the Stamp Pad: Apply a thin, even layer of the included black ink onto the ink pad. Avoid over-inking.
- Arrange the Characters: Use tweezers (not included) to carefully arrange the required 4mm letter stamps (not included) into the stamp holder to form the desired text or code for each of the up to four lines. Ensure the characters are firmly in place.
- Apply Pad Softener (as needed): If the ink pad becomes dry or hard, apply a small amount of the included pad softener to restore its softness and ink transfer capability. Allow it to soak in before re-inking.
- Position the Material: Place the item you want to stamp on a stable, flat surface.
- Inking the Stamp: Gently press the assembled stamp holder onto the inked pad to transfer the ink to the rubber characters. Ensure even contact.
- Stamping: Position the inked stamp holder directly above the desired location on the material. Apply firm, even pressure straight down onto the stamp holder. Avoid any sideways movement to ensure a clear impression.
- Repeat: Re-ink the stamp pad as needed to maintain clear impressions for subsequent stampings.
- Cleaning: After use, clean the stamp holder and any excess ink from the machine with a suitable cleaning solvent (not included) to prevent ink from drying and clogging.
Maintenance:
- Ink Pad Care: Regularly re-ink the stamp pad to ensure consistent impressions. Use the included pad softener to prevent the pad from drying out and hardening. Store the ink pad in a sealed container when not in use to prevent evaporation.
- Cleaning the Stamp Holder: Clean the stamp holder after each use to remove any residual ink. Dried ink can lead to unclear impressions. Use a soft cloth or a brush and a suitable cleaning solvent.
