Small Scale Production : Beneficial for small businesses or startups that need an efficient yet cost-effective solution for capping without investing in larger machinery.
Usage
:
Preparation : Ensure the machine is placed on a stable surface and is connected to a power source. Check that the capping machine is clean and free from any debris.
Select Cap Size : Adjust the machine to accommodate the cap size you intend to use (between 10mm and 50mm). This may involve changing the capping head or adjusting settings according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Load Bottles : Place the bottles securely in position under the capping head. Ensure they are upright and stable to prevent spillage during capping.
Insert Caps : Place the caps onto the bottles manually, ensuring they are aligned properly with the bottle openings.
Capping Process : Activate the machine by pressing down on the handle. The machine will apply pressure to seal the cap onto the bottle securely. Hold for a few seconds until you feel resistance indicating that sealing is complete.
