Usage
:

Prepare the Idli Batter : Mix rice and urad dal to make the idli batter and let it ferment for 8-12 hours.
Load the Trays : Grease the idli moulds lightly to prevent sticking. Pour the batter into the moulds, filling them halfway.
Insert the Trays : Place the loaded trays inside the steamer.
Start Steaming(
Electric Operation): Turn on the power, set the desired temperature, and allow the steamer to generate steam.
Gas Operation : Light the gas and adjust the flame to maintain consistent steam production.
Steam the Idlis : Steam the idlis for approximately 10-15 minutes or until they are fully cooked and firm.
