Usage:
First you need to leave the product to be heated for at least 5 to 10 minutes as per the heating range you need and make sure the heating level should be fixed as per the pouch type.

:
Preparation : Ensure that the materials to be sealed are clean and dry.
Heating : The hot bar is needed to be heated (approx. - 2-5 mins) according the type of plastic being used.
Temperature Setting : Then we need to set the tool to a specific temperature suitable for the type of plastic bag
Sealing : Place the edges of the plastic film or pouch between the heated bars of the sealer. When pressure is applied, the heat melts the plastic at the edges, creating a strong seal.
Cooling : After a brief period, release the pressure and allow the seal to cool down, solidifying the bond.
Maintenance :
