The Impulse Type 8 Inch Hand Sealer Machine is a compact sealing device designed for heat sealing plastic bags and other thermoplastic materials. It features an 8-inch sealing length. The machine operates without a warm-up time, utilizing a pulse of energy to create a secure seal when the upper jaw is lowered onto the bag.

Note : This Impulse Hand Sealer Machine is suitable for the low graded plastics and we do not recommend Impulse Type Hand Sealer Machine for High Density Polythene, for high graded plastics, the Hot Bar Hand Sealer Machines recommended.

Usage
:- Take out machine form its packing and place it on a firm, clean & flat surface. Ensure that the area where the machine is placed has sufficient depth so that all the feet of the machine rest on it properly.
- Prepare the machine for operation using the 3 pin plug provided connect the machine to a suitable electrical power outlet (1 phase. 220v 50 hz). Please insure that there is proper earth connection in the power.
- Operation of machine without proper earthing is strictly PROHIBITED.
- Put the pouch on the Teflon cloth and press the handle down, lift the handle after 2 seconds of the indicator and light turning off.
- Now your pouch is seal & ready. If the pouch is more burnt or seal less then set the tip of the next timer by doing more or less.
Maintenance :
- Cleaning : Regularly clean the sealing bar to remove any residual plastic or debris.
- Inspection : Periodically check the heating element and other components for wear or damage.
