Setup :
Fill with Oil : Add oil into the fryer (max capacity: 5L), making sure it covers the heating element or gas burners.
Turn On :
Preheat : Allow the fryer to preheat to the desired temperature (usually 160°C-190°C) before frying.
Fry Food : Lower the food basket into the hot oil. Fry food until it’s golden and crispy.
Remove Food : Lift the basket to drain excess oil, and place the fried food on paper towels or a draining rack.
Turn Off : After use, turn off the electric control or gas supply, and unplug or shut the gas valve.
Clean : Allow the fryer to cool, then clean the oil tank, basket, and body.
Always follow safety instructions and ensure the fryer is used in a well-ventilated area if using gas.
The fryer is versatile, operating with both electric and gas power, making it suitable for diverse commercial environments.
