Setup : Place the fryer on a stable, flat surface in a well-ventilated area.
Fill with Oil : Open the fryer and fill each of the two baskets with oil up to the maximum level indicated.
Power On : Plug the fryer into a power source and turn it on.
Set Temperature and Time : Use the control knobs or digital panel to set the desired temperature (typically between 160°C and 200°C) and cooking time.
Preheat : Allow the fryer to preheat until the set temperature is reached (indicator light will turn off).
Fry : Lower your food into the baskets carefully. Avoid overcrowding to ensure even frying.
Monitor Cooking : Once the timer goes off or the food reaches the desired crispiness, remove the baskets using the handles.
Drain Oil : Let the food drain excess oil back into the fryer before serving.
Turn Off and Clean: Turn off the fryer and unplug it once you're finished. Let it cool down before cleaning the baskets and oil tank.
Its large capacity and dual baskets make it a great choice for both high-volume commercial kitchens and large family gatherings.
