An online inkjet thermal printer is a kind of printer that creates high-quality prints by combining thermal and inkjet technologies. It uses an ink cartridge to produce vivid colors, just like a conventional inkjet printer, but it also has thermal printing technology, which heats the paper to produce text and lines that are clear and sharp. The efficiency and speed of printing can be increased by producing printed content on both sides of the paper, either simultaneously or sequentially, with a dual-head printer.
Features
:
Increased Speed : Dual head printers use two print heads at the same time, which greatly accelerates print times. This helps you finish assignments quickly, especially when printing large quantities of documents.
Improved Print Quality : Dual head printers are able to produce prints that are more accurate and detailed due to the cooperation of two print heads. Accurate and vivid color reproduction is ensured by the fact that each head handles a distinct color range.
Enhanced Versatility : Because they can print on a larger variety of materials, dual head printers boost your versatility. Printing on ordinary paper can be done with one head, and specialty media including fabric, glossy paper, and photo paper can be done with the other.
Calibration required for the first time using the machine.
If you are purchasing Avant Garde branded machinery from our site then you are requested not to use any regular cartridge or other spare parts or accessories for this machine as it may lead to fixing problems.

Maintenance :
Nozzle Inspection and Cleaning: Gently remove any debris or ink buildup with a specialist nozzle cleaning kit or solution. Check the print nozzles on a regular basis for clogs or blockages. Compressed air and sharp items should not be used as they can harm the nozzles.
Printhead Cleaning : Using a lint-free cloth or swab dipped in a mild cleaning solution, clean the printhead. Wipe the printhead's surface gently to get rid of any dust or ink residue. Steer clear of abrasive items and harsh chemicals.
Cartridge Replacement : Keep an eye on the ink levels and swap out the cartridges when necessary. For best print quality and compatibility, use only original cartridges. Replace empty cartridges in the correct way as directed by the manufacturer.
Air Filter Cleaning : To keep dust and debris out of the printer and compromising print quality, clean the air filter on a regular basis. Dust and debris can be extracted from the filter using compressed air or a vacuum cleaner.
Applications
:
Industry-Specific Applications : Printing on product packaging barcodes, QR codes, and other identifying information. Also helps movable data with product traceability, like batch numbers and expiration dates. making personalized labels for a range of goods, such as drinks, food, and medications.
Manufacturing : Printing on manufactured products part numbers, serial numbers, and other identifying information. printing data for quality control, including date/time stamps and inspection codes. printing lot numbers and other data so that the production process may be traced back.
Logistics and Distribution : Encoding shipping details, barcodes, and address labels on parcels to ensure effective delivery. producing labels with barcodes, inventory levels, and product details to facilitate inventory management and tracking. Labels for bins, racks, and other storage areas can be printed in order to streamline and manage warehouse operations.
