Usage
:- Place the ink cartridge into the allotted slot and tighten the screw.
- Attach the printer and any other external devices to the controller.
- Turn on the printer and allow it to initialize.
- Put the substrate in the printer's specified region.
- Send the printer controller the message that was generated by the software.
- Decide on the desired print speed, resolution, and other details.
- Click the relevant button to start the printing process.
Maintenance :
- Nozzle Inspection and Cleaning: Gently remove any debris or ink buildup with a specialist nozzle cleaning kit or solution. Check the print nozzles on a regular basis for clogs or blockages. Compressed air and sharp items should not be used as they can harm the nozzles.
- Printhead Cleaning : Using a lint-free cloth or swab dipped in a mild cleaning solution, clean the printhead. Wipe the printhead's surface gently to get rid of any dust or ink residue. Steer clear of abrasive items and harsh chemicals.
- Cartridge Replacement : Keep an eye on the ink levels and swap out the cartridges when necessary. For best print quality and compatibility, use only original cartridges. Replace empty cartridges in the correct way as directed by the manufacturer.
- Air Filter Cleaning : To keep dust and debris out of the printer and compromising print quality, clean the air filter on a regular basis. Dust and debris can be extracted from the filter using compressed air or a vacuum cleaner.
