Prepare Ingredients : Pour milk, cream, or curd into your own container (5-litre capacity).
Turn On the Machine : Switch on the machine and let the motor churn the ingredients. Choose the appropriate speed, if adjustable.
Monitor the Process : The machine will churn the ingredients into butter, buttermilk, or lassi. For butter, it will separate after a few minutes.
Stop & Remove : Once churning is complete, turn off the machine, and carefully remove the churned product from the container.
Clean After Use : Detach and clean the removable parts for easy maintenance.
