Prepare Ingredients: Measure up to 25 kg of flour and add it to the stainless steel drum. Add the required amount of water, salt, and any other ingredients based on your recipe.
Power On: Plug in the machine and turn on the power switch.
Start Kneading: Let the machine knead the dough. The 2 HP motor will ensure efficient and fast kneading. Allow it to knead for the necessary time (usually around 10-15 minutes).
Monitor Dough: Check the dough consistency. Add more water if the dough is too dry, or more flour if it is too wet.
Turn Off: Once the dough is smooth and well-kneaded, turn off the machine.
Remove Dough: Open the drum and remove the dough, ready for use in baking or cooking.
