Usage
:
Setup the Machine : Place the foot sealer on a stable, flat surface. Ensure it is plugged into a suitable power outlet.
Adjust Timer and Temperature : Adjust the temperature according to the type of packaging material you are using.
Position the Material : Place the open end of the packaging material between the sealing bars of the machine.
Seal the Package : Press down on the foot pedal to activate the sealing process. Hold down for few seconds then sealing is complete.
Remove Sealed Package : Release the foot pedal and carefully remove your sealed package from between the bars.
Check Seal Quality : Inspect the seal for completeness and strength before proceeding with further packaging.
Maintenance :
Temperature Management : Avoid leaving the sealer on when not in use for extended periods, especially overnight, as this can shorten the lifespan of its components.
Cleaning : Periodically wipe down the unit to remove any excess bag material or food debris that may accumulate after sealing.
