This Electromagnetic induction capping machine is mainly applicable to the capping operation of the non-metal bottleneck (i.e plastics, glass) which features the flat threaded cap, but not applicable to the capping operation of metal & non-threaded pressing cap, cap with 70-135 mm diameter, and active handle, high cap with over 3 mm spacing between cap surface & bottleneck after being screwed in, especially, it is suitable for the customers who carry out a continuous capping operation for large output and lot.
Features
:
Sealing Diameter Range : The machine is specifically designed to accommodate bottles with diameters between 70 mm and 135 mm (approximately 3 to 5 inches). This versatility makes it suitable for a wide range of bottle sizes commonly used in various packaging applications.
Power Specifications : The sealer operates at a power rating of 500W, which provides sufficient energy for effective sealing while maintaining energy efficiency.
Voltage Compatibility : It supports dual voltage options, functioning on both AC 220V/50Hz and AC 110V/60Hz, making it adaptable for use in different regions with varying electrical standards.
Efficiency and Speed : The design is particularly beneficial for operations requiring continuous capping processes, allowing users to achieve high output rates efficiently.

Conclusion :
Induction sealers have a crucial role in the packaging industry, offering efficient and reliable sealing solutions for a wide range of products. With their ability to create seals on containers, induction sealers help preserve product freshness, prevent leakage, and protect against tampering.
Usage
:
Preparation : Ensure the machine is placed on a stable surface and connected to a power source. Check that the induction sealing head is clean and free of any debris.
Adjusting Settings : Set the desired sealing parameters on the control panel, based on the material of the cap and container.
Cap Placement : Place the filled and capped container under the induction sealing head. Ensure that the cap diameter is between 70 mm and 135 mm for optimal performance.
Sealing Process : Activate the machine by pressing the start button. The induction heating will begin, creating a airtight seal as it heats the wad liner inside the cap.
Completion : Once sealing is complete, wait for a moment before removing the container to allow it to cool down slightly.
Maintenance :
Regular Cleaning : Ensure the sealing area is kept clean and free from dust and debris. Use a soft cloth to wipe down the machine after each use, focusing on the sealing head and surrounding areas.
Electrical Safety Checks : Inspect electrical connections for any loose wires or corrosion. Ensure that all safety features are functioning correctly.
Applications
:
Pharmaceutical Industry : Ensures that medications are sealed properly to maintain sterility and prevent contamination.
Food and Beverage Industry : Provides airtight seals on bottles and jars, extending shelf life and preventing spoilage.
Cosmetics and Personal Care Products : Protects products from leakage and tampering, ensuring consumer safety.
Chemical Industry : Secures hazardous materials in containers to prevent spills and leaks during storage and transport.
