Description
It is a Lithium Silicate based marble hardener. It
penetrates into the marble and reacts with the
marble to form calcium silicate hydrate which fills
the pores of the stone. Not only does this reduce the
porosity but also leads to enhanced shine and
longevity of polish.

Instructions for use :
- For professional use only.
- Shake well before use.
- Store the product in a cool & dry place.
- The manufacturer declines all responsibility for damages resulting from improper product use.
Areas of Application :
- To prepare the surface for application first grind the stone with the abrasives ‘0 M’, ‘1 M’ a n d ‘2 M’ (Or use 60, 100 and 200 grit diamond pads).
- Wash the floor with Surie Polex Floor Cleaner Neutral & make sure it is completely dry before starting application. Cover adjoining fabric, plastic or parquet floors. Protect furniture from splashes. Wear gloves and rubbers boots.
- Pour Marble Star onto the surface and spread it evenly for ease of absorption.
- Wait for each coat to be completely absorbed before applying the next coat.
- For maximum effect do 5 to 6 applications. Stop applying when the stone no longer absorbs Marble Star Plus.
- Wait at minimum of 24 hours after the last coat and then use the abrasives ‘2L, ‘3’ and ‘4’ (Or use 400, 800 and 1500 grit diamond pads).
- Apply 2-3 additional coats of Marble Star Plus at this stage for best results.
- Wait at minimum of 24 hours and then use the ‘5’ (Or use 3000 grit diamond pad). You may further enhance shine by using 5000, 8000 and 12000 grit diamond pads.
- Finish the polishing process with 5X or 6M abrasive or you may use Surie Polex MPZ or ZXTRA polishing powders.
- NOTE : For best results use only Surie Polex Abrasives.

Maintenance :
After the sealing of treated stone use Surie Polex
floor cleaner neutral to cleaned of the stubborn dirt
and it can be used for daily maintenance.
