The Melasty trolley type single bucket goat milking machine is a piece of equipment designed for the purpose of efficiently milking animals. This milking machine is easier to move from one place to another, thanks to the trolley with wheels. This machine consists of several components which help in carrying out the milking process, the components include a milking cluster, series of pipes, milking tank and a trolley upon which the machine is placed. This machine has a bucket volume of 25 litres and it is made up of stainless steel material and can milk 6 to 15 goats in an hour.

Usage
:
1. Prepare the Milking Area :
Ensure Animal Comfort : Use clean bedding and maintain a calm atmosphere.
Check the Machine : Inspect all components for cleanliness and functionality to avoid malfunctions during milking.
2. Prepare the Animal for Milking :
Inspection : Check goat for any signs of illness or discomfort.
Hygiene : Clean the udder and teats thoroughly with warm water and a sanitizing solution to minimize the risk of infection.
Calm the Animals : Keep the environment quiet and stress-free, and handle the goats gently to ensure their comfort.
3. Adjust the Machine Settings :
Each herd may have specific milking needs, so it’s essential to set the machine correctly :
Select the Right Pulsation Rate : This is usually specified in the manual and can differ between different lactation stages of cows.
Set the Milk Flow Rate : Adjust according to the cow’s milking speed and to prevent machine overload.
4. Attach the Milking Clusters :
Connect the milking clusters to the cows following these steps :
Positioning : Approach the goat calmly and position the milking cluster directly below the udder.
Attachment : Carefully attach the teat cups to each teat, ensuring a snug fit without applying too much pressure.
